Robert Hultslander is Vice President of Capital Formation at Highland Digital, where he leads investor strategy and capital structuring. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance, Robert has raised more than $500 million in capital across U.S. and international markets. He has worked with hundreds of investors and pioneered financing strategies—including a patented structure for distressed asset acquisition. Robert previously founded several investment and advisory firms, including Impressa Group and Leblon International. A Hampden-Sydney honors graduate, Robert actively supports philanthropic causes in Atlanta, where he lives with his wife and daughter.
