Peter Batten is Co-Founder and CEO of Highland Digital. Over a 20+ year career in commercial real estate and finance, Peter has led the development of more than 3 million square feet of property and structured over $500 million in capital transactions. He also leads Spectrum Development and Spectrum Realty Companies. Peter has deep expertise in data center land use strategy, infrastructure planning, and public entitlements. Peter previously served as a board director at InSrv, a Microsoft-certified data center integrator. He holds a BA in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and lives in McLean, Virginia with his wife and two children.
