Glen Peacock is Co-Founder of Highland Digital, where he leads strategy, site acquisition, and development partnerships for data center real estate projects. With over 25 years in commercial real estate, Glen has completed $1B+ in transactions spanning office, industrial, and digital infrastructure. He founded Tenant RFP to specialize in high-value brokerage deals and consults with Beatty Management Company on retail development. Known for uncovering off-market opportunities and scrubbing public/private data to inform strategy, Glen brings both discipline and creativity to Highland’s mission. He is a Villanova grad, former lacrosse player, and lives in McLean, Virginia with his family.
